This sure is never good to travel by ambulance, but today I could see the difference in a structure to another.
I remember when I hit the bike in Curitiba, I was half hours lying on the asphalt with the bent leg in mid-thigh (broken femur). SIAT In the ambulance I was walking around the cabin and the back door because the litter will not crash. Cajuru the hospital after a first analysis where the doctor concluded that I would have to be operated a few hours I was on a stretcher in the middle of a crowded hallway.
Today to take advantage of this short summer I hiked in the woods bikes with the family. In the middle of the ride passed out and fainted for a few minutes. When I woke up my wife was talking on the phone with the emergency, the ambulance took about 5 minutes to meet us in the woods, just as long as they have by LEI. In the ambulance did an EKG and some more tests. At the hospital there is not to compare the hospitals here has a very superior both in quantity and in the amount of personnel and modern equipment.
I did some more tests and did not return home because I asked but would have been more up tomorrow to repeat the tests, and this because of a low pressure.

I enjoyed the holiday last week to see the Zugspitze , Germany's highest mountain. For those in Munich this is not the mountain far, getting the 1:30 am train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Once there you need to buy another ticket for the train and cable cars.

It is certainly not a cheap ride, but worth it. There are two ways up and down, but I recommend going up the chairlift from Eibsee (Altitude 1000m) directly to the summit (2962m altitude). Coming up there have a wonderful view, but getting on top of a concrete structure, with bars, very safe even for children, this structure has a small museum, a small restaurant, a coffee and a weather station.
