Finally now the German government wants to facilitate the recognition of foreign diplomas

Now after I have gained the recognition of my degree, as I already wrote in post:

Finally, the recognition of my degree here in Germany.

Today went to Deutsche Welle news that a year from now will be much easier to be recognized.

Below the reporagem kibada here.

German Minister of Education and Research, Annette Schavan, announced government plan to facilitate the recognition of foreign degrees, highlighting the economic importance of the project.

According to German Minister of Education and Research, Annette Schavan, the professional qualifications of approximately 2.87 million people residing in Germany were obtained abroad. Of these, about 500,000 will benefit from the new project of the German government, which seeks to improve the process of recognition of foreign degrees and diplomas.

The new 13-point plan for assimilation of foreign degrees and diplomas in the corresponding level in Germany was presented by Minister Schavan, together with the German government responsible for issues of Integration, Maria Böhmer, this Wednesday (09/12) in Berlin.

"We have huge problems finding skilled workers in the next 10 years," said Schavan, "unless our economy suffered a stagnation in the next decade - which nobody expects to happen." Everything we do aims at further growth, and therefore longer than the time to take such action, "he explained.

Single process

The main measure of the new plan is the creation of a unique process of recognition - a central agency in which citizens trained abroad may apply for assessment and recognition of their titles, also taking into account the experience accumulated. Currently, the disparity between standards of evaluation of the different German states further complicate this process.

Schavan want to pass the new rules effective from January 1, 2011. The new bill approved by the cabinet of the German government this week was part of the treaty's governing coalition between conservatives and liberals.

The new rules predict that each foreigner is entitled to assess their qualifications within a maximum period of six months. After this period, he shall be informed if your diploma will be recognized in whole or in part in Germany.

Emergency economic

According to Maria Böhmer, the planned legislation fits mainly the foreigners who live more than ten years ago in Germany. A responsible government said the bill signals a new culture of recognition of the potential migrants.

The Germans also profit, added Böhmer, because they can absorb more people with professional qualifications. The Minister Schavan, in turn, considers it an economic necessity, given the growing demand for qualified personnel and to the demographic development.

With care, immigrant organizations welcomed the government project. Hilmi Kaya Turan, a member of the Immigrant Council of Berlin and Brandenburg, considers it an answer to a longstanding concern.

But this is only a statement of intent to be evaluated in this parliamentary term. Anyway, Turan welcomes the German government is finally taking steps to solve a problem that, among other things, led to the existence of a large number of taxi drivers overqualified.

Finally, the recognition of my degree here in Germany.

Last week finally came to the recognition of my degree in Civil Engineer here in Germany, I received the following reply:
"Erteilen wir Ihnen, Herrn Stefan Martin Riesel, geb. am 14.06.1976, die Genehmigung zum Fuhren Berusbezeichnung der Ingenieur. "
Ie I have permission to use my title of engineer. After that I went before the Board of Engineers to see how the regulation of the profession, and this is somewhat different from Brazil, here I need not be affiliated in order to work, in fact they only accept virtually autonomous affiliations of engineers. But I still can not sign for it as the technical as well as engineers recenformados is nescessário work first three years and then send a proof of this period and completed projects.

Took long time to find where to get this recognition, how and what the practical results of this recognition, so if someone needs to make this process follows the recipe:

1) First of all check how it ranked the university that issued the diploma, the site has a list of Anabin with 780 universities and a concept of each one .

2) After verifying the request and where to do this depends on the profession, can be seen from this list:

http://www.anabin.de/xml/xmlStellenListen.asp?Gruppe=B

3) Surely the demands for each profession should be different but in my case was asked:

  • Lebenslauf "Curriculum"
  • Ausweis (amtlich beglaubigte Kopie von sämtlichen Eintragungen) "certified copy of identification document
  • Meldebescheinigung "Proof that this" Amelda "or is registered at city hall"
  • Kopie des Originalausbildungsnachweises (Diplom usw.) - Amtlich beglaubigt "This is the trickiest part, a copy of diploma legalized by the German consulate in Brazil, and to achieve the legalization is necessary to recognize the name (signature) of the dean of the law because notary public who has information about the dean, thanks for the help mom "
  • Übersetzung des Ausbildungsnachweises (Diplom usw.) Amtlich beglaubigte oder Kopie der Übersetzung des Ausbildungsnachweises - Übersetzung durch einen öffentlich bestellten beeidigten und Übersetzer "Sworn translation of the diploma or certified copy of the translation and proof that the translator is sworn in"
  • Kopie des Original-Fächerkatalogs - amtlich beglaubigt "Certified copy of the school curriculum"
  • Übersetzung des Fächerkatalogs amtlich beglaubigte oder Kopie der Übersetzung des Fächerkatalogs - Übersetzung durch einen öffentlich bestellten beeidigten und Übersetzer "Sworn translation of the curriculum or certified copy of the translation and proof that the translator is sworn in"

The copies I made right in the city here. I hope this little recipe to help those who want to make the recognition of his title, but if you need any more information just leave a comment below.

Best ride in an ambulance in Munich than in Curitiba

This right is never good ride in an ambulance, but today I could see the difference in one service to another.
I remember when I took the bike in Curitiba, I was half hours lying on the ground with his leg bent in the middle of the thigh (femur broke). In the ambulance Siat was walking between the cabin and the back door because the litter is not locked. At the hospital Cajuru after a first analysis in which the doctor concluded that I would have to be operated a few hours I was on a stretcher in the middle of a crowded hallway.
Today to take advantage of this short summer I took a walk in the woods bike with the family. In the middle of the ride just sick and fainted for several minutes. When I woke my wife was already talking on the phone with the emergency, the ambulance took about 5 minutes to meet in the middle of the woods, just as long as they have by LEI. In the ambulance did an electrocardiogram as well as some more tests. At the hospital there is no way to compare the hospitals here has a very superior both in quantity and in number of personnel and modern equipment.
I did some more tests and only came home because I asked but would have been more up tomorrow to repeat the tests, and that because of a low pressure.

Zugspitze

I took the holiday last week to meet the Zugspitze , Germany's highest mountain. For those in Munich this mountain is not far away, getting the 1:30 am train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Getting there is need to purchase another ticket for the train and the lifts.

It is certainly not a cheap ride, but worth it. There are two ways up and down, but I recommend going up by cable car from the Eibsee (Altitude 1000m) directly to the summit (2962m altitude). Getting up there have a wonderful view, but getting on top of a concrete structure, with rails, very safe even for children, this structure has a small museum, a small restaurant, a cafe and a weather station.

Only 348m down the other cable car arrived at the glacier, or glacier, which is a plateau where there's snow all year round. This glacier has a larger restaurant, very good alias, and plenty of snow to "children" brincarem.Para took the train down from the glacier, but the following 20 minutes of tunnels, and more nearly an hour getting to Garmisch-Partenkirchen really better as an option for descida.E not to lose the custom made many photos and even edited the footage.
