Android 1.6 Flash & CyanogenMod 4.2.3/4.1.9999

After making the procedure of the previous post:

We can insert an alternative ROM for example I chose the latest version of CyanogenMod, version 4.2.3.
The procedure is quick and easy, we need the files:

  1. 1.6 Recovery Image:
  2. Put the files in the root of SD
  3. Turn the power off
  4. Connect the device holding the Home key to enter the Recovery.
  5. If you want the option to return to the current version, select nandroid up now. Otherwise, continue.
  6. Press Alt-W (or select "wipe data / factory reset") Press home to confirm
  7. Press Alt-A (or select "apply any zip from sd")
    • * Dream (G1): signed-dream_devphone_userdebug-ota-14721.zip
    • * Magic32A / Magic32B (MyTouch): Check out this site
  8. Press home to confirm and continue the installation
  9. WAIT - DO NOT RESTART YOUR PHONE NOW, be patient.
  10. After you finish press again Alt-A (or select "apply any zip from sd")
    • * Dream (G1): update-cm-4.2.3.1-signed.zip
    • * Magic32A / Magic32B (MyTouch): Check out this site
  11. Press home to confirm and continue the installation
  12. When complete, please reboot the system by pressing Home and Back (Back).
  13. Wait. The unit will install the radio and goes to reboot. This may take a few minutes please be patient.

    I do not know this device, it may be possible but not for mere mortals. Hackers have succeeded in putting it on devices that were not prepared to pre Android.
    Suggestion is you look for forums specific to that device.

    Hello, I wonder if you can put Android on the device's 32GB foston F003i smartphone because my menu has disappeared but the rest works, because the software or put the original, which is very hard to find, I'm trying to fix it with another sofware.espero answer.

    The flash is available from the Android 2.1 and also depend on your hardware. Search the forums if anyone has managed to install a mod with version 2.1 or 2.2
